Zafferano speziato
Lo zafferano naturale nasce dagli stigmi rossi del Crocus sativus, e la sua scia è paradossale: una spezia, un floreale soffuso, sfumature di fieno e miele – talvolta persino una faccia di cuoio nitido, come riscaldato. È proprio per questo che si accorda con tale eleganza ai legni secchi: non si comporta né come il pepe né come la cannella; agisce come una texture, una patina lussuosa.
Il prezzo dello zafferano non è un argomento di marketing: è agricoltura e lavoro. La raccolta avviene a mano, in una finestra di fioritura estremamente breve. Occorrono circa 370-470 ore di lavoro per prelevare gli stigmi di circa 150.000 fiori e ottenere 1 kg di zafferano. Un approvvigionamento raro e prezioso, esposto alle esigenze del clima.
Osmanto cuore assoluto
È l’osmanto nella sua espressione più perfettamente levigata: una qualità « cuore », costruita attorno alla sfaccettatura più luminosa del fiore. Ricavato dai fiori di Osmanthus fragrans e proposto sotto forma di assoluta Robertet, è pensato con precisione chirurgica.
