At Anomalia Paris, we are honoured to work alongside exceptional master perfumers, crafting true olfactory masterpieces. These artists of fragrance draw upon rare, pure essential oils to compose scents so unique they have the power to capture your soul forever. We never impose budgetary constraints on their creations, as we are guided by a fundamental pillar of our identity - the luxury of complete freedom in everything we undertake, including the art of creation.
Bertrand Duchaufour
Bertrand Duchaufour is a name synonymous with the art of French perfumery — a true olfactory artist whose creations have left an indelible mark on both luxury and niche fragrance worlds. His journey began in 1985 in Grasse, the global heart of perfumery.
In 1995, he unveiled his first masterpiece, Amber & Lavender for Jo Malone. Since then, his creative genius has flourished through collaborations with Penhaligon’s, Acqua di Parma, Comme des Garçons, Givenchy, and Christian Dior.
For Anomalia Paris, he graced us with Jardins Humanistes — an exquisite floral symphony highlighting the planet’s most majestic white flowers.
Nicolas Bonneville
Nicolas Bonneville, a master perfumer at Firmenich, crafts olfactory masterpieces with unparalleled finesse. Born in France, Nicolas discovered his calling at the age of twelve during a life-changing trip to Grasse — a city steeped in centuries of artisanal expertise.
After earning a degree in chemistry, he received elite training under the iconic Jacques Maurel. His quest for the finest essences took him across the globe, from the jasmine fields of India to the rare iris of Florence, in a sacred pursuit of perfection.
A motorsport aficionado, he sees deep parallels between the 24 Hours of Le Mans and his creative process: where passion, precision, and teamwork are distilled into fragrances that mesmerise. He is a rare harmony of science and artistry.
Among his creations is the magnificent Cérémonie — a poetic homage to the spirit of the 1960s and an entrancing tribute to the legendary band, The Doors.
Sidonie Lancesseur
Sidonie, a graduate of ISIPCA, passionately explores every facet of the perfumery world. Her extensive experience with prestigious fragrance houses has shaped her unique style and deepened her adoration for scents and their creation.
At Robertet, she embarked on a pivotal chapter under the mentorship of Michel Almairac, learning the grace and power of concise formulas. She champions an approach defined by simplicity, authenticity, and natural elegance.
Now based in Paris at the heart of the Fine Fragrance team, her collaborations with niche houses reflect her versatility, enabling her to reimagine and celebrate creativity with every step of the process.
Sidonie is the creative force behind our iconic fragrance Sahara 4800 — a sophisticated tribute to the Dakar Rally and the spirit of leadership it embodies.
Ane Ayo
Ane Ayo, a Paris-based perfumer, is the embodiment of creativity woven with cultural diversity. Her multicultural background, spanning Spain, France, and the UK, breathes life into her creations. Initially trained as a pharmacist, a serendipitous encounter with an article about Alberto Morillas led her to the sacred halls of the Institut de Parfumerie in Grasse.
For Ane, perfume is a profound form of communication. Travel fuels her soul, from the minimalist elegance of Japan to the serene charm of Minorca. Her love for painting, fashion, and dance enriches her artistic perspective at Firmenich, creating layers of sensory poetry.
She stands as the masterful hand shaping our luxurious masterpiece, Abed. Through Ane’s artistry, every scent becomes a story, a portal into a world of boundless imagination.
Karine Vinchon-Spehner
Karine Vinchon-Spehner is a prominent 'nose' at Robertet in Grasse — the world’s leading house for natural raw materials. Karine is celebrated for her rare ability to transform untamed natural elements into sophisticated olfactory narratives.
Her signature style, defined by depth and character, shuns fleeting trends in favor of radical authenticity, making her the perfect visionary for Anomalia Paris. Her collaboration is a tribute to traditional French craftsmanship and the nobility of natural ingredients.
In creating SAMŪM, Karine captured the scorching heat and the indomptable allure of the desert winds. By masterfully balancing cedarwood and patchouli with Greek saffron and leather, she crafted a composition that is both provocative and harmonious — an artistic exploration of freedom captured in crystal glass.
Chris Maurice
Chris Maurice is a virtuoso of perfumery and a truly creative soul. As the distinguished Director of Carbonnel S.A. — a prestigious Spanish maison — he carries the legacy of a legendary family lineage. Immersed from an early age in niche fragrances, he developed an extraordinary sensitivity for rare and precious essences.
His remarkable career is adorned with illustrious collaborations with the world’s most esteemed houses, including Xerjoff, Nishane, Fragrance Du Bois, Masque Milano, and Zoologist, solidifying his reputation as a global pillar of scent.
As the founder of C De La Niche, Chris composes extraordinary fragrances imbued with timeless elegance. Each bottle tells a story — a passage, an emotion, a voyage crafted to elevate those who encounter his artistry.
