REFILL

DELIVERY
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Delivery generally takes 2–7 business days within the EU and up to 3 weeks depending on the destination outside the EU. Delivery is always made against signature.
RETURNS
Unless otherwise required by law, products may only be returned if they are intact, unused and perfectly sealed in their original packaging, including any security seals where applicable.
Any refill that has been opened, used, damaged, incomplete or is otherwise unsuitable for resale may be refused and will not be eligible for a refund.
If a refund is issued, any complimentary gift received with the purchase must also be returned in perfect condition, unused, unopened and undamaged. Otherwise, its retail value may be deducted from the refund.
A fixed return fee of €25 including VAT applies. If a non-compliant product must be reshipped to the customer within Europe, a flat reshipping fee of €20 must be paid before dispatch.
