Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days and, in any event, no later than thirty (30) days, subject to full payment of the price.
Purchased Products are delivered within the following indicative timeframes:

France: generally 2 to 5 business days from shipment.

International: up to 3 weeks depending on destination.
In accordance with applicable French consumer law, the risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon physical possession of the Products by the Customer, or by a third party designated by the Customer other than the carrier proposed by the Seller.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the Product, without having to state any reason.
To exercise this right, you must send an unambiguous written statement to client@anomaliaparis.com, or use the model withdrawal form below.
In order to ensure compliant transport of alcohol-based Products, any return must be organised by the Seller or carried out strictly in accordance with the Seller’s prior instructions. Returns sent without prior authorisation, without the provided return label, or through an unauthorised carrier may be refused or remain at the Customer’s expense.
Note on Gifts
In the event of a refund, any “gift with purchase” must also be returned in impeccable condition — unused, unopened, undamaged, with its seals and packaging where applicable. If these standards are not met, the return may be refused or the gift’s retail value may be deducted from the refund.

Eligibility Conditions
Unless otherwise required by law, Products may be returned only if they are intact, unused, and perfectly sealed in their original packaging, including cellophane and/or tamper-evident seals. Products opened or unsealed after delivery may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where they cannot be returned in conditions allowing resale.
Refund Terms
In the event of a valid withdrawal or an accepted return, the Seller will refund the sums paid for the returned Products, including, where applicable, the initial standard delivery costs, within fourteen (14) days from notification of withdrawal. The Seller may defer the refund until the Products have been recovered or until proof of shipment has been provided. The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used for the Order, unless otherwise expressly agreed. A fixed return fee of EUR 25 incl. VAT, corresponding to the direct cost of the return organised in accordance with these conditions, will be deducted from the refunded amount. No return fee will apply where the return is made under the legal guarantee of conformity, for a Product damaged upon delivery, for an error attributable to the Seller, or in any other situation where the law requires the Seller to bear the cost.
Non-Compliant Returned Products
Any returned Product received in a condition that does not comply with these return conditions — including, without limitation, a Product that is used, opened, unsealed, damaged, altered, incomplete, or otherwise not suitable for resale — may be refused and will not give rise to any refund. Should the Customer wish to have such Product sent back, re-shipment may be arranged at the Customer’s expense. For re-shipments within Europe, the flat re-shipment fee is EUR 20, payable by the Customer prior to dispatch.
