Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 2 to 3 business days and, in all cases, within a maximum of thirty (30) days, subject to full payment.
Purchased Products are delivered within the following estimated timeframes:

France: generally 2 to 5 business days from dispatch.

International: up to 3 weeks, depending on the destination.
Under applicable French consumer law, the risk of loss of or damage to the Products passes to the Customer when the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, other than the carrier proposed by the Seller, takes physical possession of them.
Right of withdrawal
Under Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the Product, without having to give a reason.
To exercise this right, you must send an unequivocal written statement to client@anomaliaparis.com, or use the model withdrawal form below.
To ensure compliant transport of alcohol-based Products, all returns must be arranged by the Seller or carried out strictly in accordance with its prior instructions. Returns sent without prior authorisation, without the return label provided, or through an unauthorised carrier may be refused or remain at the Customer’s expense.
Note on complimentary gifts
In the event of a refund, any complimentary gift with purchase must also be returned in immaculate condition — unused, unopened, undamaged, with its seals and packaging where applicable. If these requirements are not met, the return may be refused or the gift’s VAT-inclusive retail value may be deducted from the refund.

Eligibility requirements
Except where the law provides otherwise, Products may only be returned if they are intact, unused and perfectly sealed in their original packaging, including cellophane and/or tamper-evident seals. Products opened or unsealed after delivery may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where they cannot be returned in a condition suitable for resale.
Refund terms
In the event of a valid withdrawal or accepted return, the Seller shall refund the amounts paid for the returned Products, including original standard delivery charges where applicable, within fourteen (14) days of being notified of the withdrawal. The Seller may postpone the refund until the Products have been recovered or proof of dispatch has been provided. The refund shall be made using the same payment method as the original order, unless expressly agreed otherwise. A fixed return charge of EUR 25 including VAT, corresponding to the direct cost of the return arranged under these conditions, shall be deducted from the refund. No fixed return charge will apply where the return is made under the statutory guarantee of conformity, for a Product damaged on delivery, for an error attributable to the Seller, or where the law otherwise requires the Seller to bear the costs.
Returned Products not meeting requirements
Any returned Product received in a condition that does not comply with these return conditions — particularly if used, opened, unsealed, damaged, altered, incomplete or unsuitable for resale — may be refused and will not qualify for a refund. If the Customer wishes to recover such a Product, it may be reshipped at their expense. For reshipment within Europe, the fixed fee is 20 EUR, payable before reshipment is arranged.
Gift Cards – Use, Withdrawal and Refunds
Formats and delivery
ANOMALIA PARIS offers electronic gift cards (E-Gift Card) and physical gift cards (Gift Card). The E-Gift Card code is delivered by email, without postal shipment. The physical Gift Card is shipped to the address entered at checkout, together with six 2 ml fragrance samples selected by ANOMALIA PARIS; its code is also delivered by email. The fragrance selection is made exclusively by the Maison.
Use and no cash redemption
Gift cards are not issued to a named holder. Anyone who possesses the code may use the available balance exclusively on anomaliaparis.com, across one or more orders, until the balance is exhausted or the card expires. The code cannot be used to pay when the balance is zero, unless funds are subsequently credited back. Neither the card’s value nor its remaining balance may be exchanged for cash or transferred to the recipient’s bank account on request. This prohibition does not affect refunds required by law.
Withdrawal from the purchase of a gift card
A purchaser of a gift card online benefits from the rights laid down in Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code where the statutory right of withdrawal applies. Merely sending the code by email does not automatically extinguish that right. Requests must be sent to client@anomaliaparis.com, stating the order number. Where a refund is legally due, ANOMALIA PARIS checks code usage to prevent double reimbursement or double spending and deactivates the card as part of the process. If any part of the balance has already been used, the request is assessed in light of the circumstances and applicable law. No physical return charge applies to an E-Gift Card.
Return of the physical Gift Card
Where a valid withdrawal concerns a physical Gift Card, the return also covers the card, its gift box and the six 2 ml samples supplied with it. The direct costs of returning the items are governed by the applicable rules for returning goods and mandatory consumer law. Any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the items may be taken into account only to the extent permitted by law. Opening one item in the gift box does not, of itself, remove all of the purchaser’s statutory rights. Any use of the code before the return is processed shall be considered in accordance with applicable law.
Returns of Products paid for with a Gift Card
If a Product purchased with a gift card is refunded, the portion of its price originally paid with the gift card shall, in principle, be credited back to that card or refunded by an equivalent method agreed with the Customer, in accordance with applicable law. If the Product was paid for partly by bank card or another payment method, each portion shall be refunded to the corresponding original payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise and subject to statutory requirements. A recipient may not demand a cash payout of the balance of a gift card unless there is a statutory entitlement to a refund.

Consumer mediation
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, any consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge in order to seek an amicable resolution of a dispute with ANOMALIA PARIS, after first submitting a written complaint to our customer service team without reaching a satisfactory solution.
