Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and, in any event, within a maximum period of thirty (30) days, subject to full payment.
Purchased Products will be delivered within the following average timeframes:

France: 2 to 5 business days from dispatch.

International: Up to 3 weeks depending on the country/region.
Pursuant to Article L.216-3 of the French Consumer Code, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the Customer upon physical possession of the Products.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a
14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your Product.
In order to ensure the secure and compliant transport of our fragrant creations, any return must be arranged in accordance with the procedure below and with Anomalia Paris’s prior instructions.
In the event of a valid withdrawal or an accepted return, a fixed return fee of EUR 25 incl. VAT, corresponding to the cost of the organised return, will be deducted from the refunded amount, except where the law requires the Seller to bear such cost, including in the event of a Product damaged upon delivery, a lack of conformity, or an error attributable to the Seller.
Inspection upon Delivery
You are responsible for inspecting your parcel upon receipt. Any damage must be noted on the delivery slip or reported to the carrier by registered letter within three (3) days, and immediately reported to
client@anomaliaparis.com.
Product Returns

Eligibility Conditions
Products may only be returned if they are intact, unused, and perfectly sealed in their original packaging (cellophane and seals intact) so they can be put back on sale.
Refund Terms
In the event of a valid withdrawal or an accepted return, the Seller will refund the sums paid for the returned Products, including, where applicable, the initial standard delivery costs, within fourteen (14) days from notification of withdrawal. The Seller may defer the refund until the Products have been recovered or until proof of shipment has been provided. The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used for the order, unless otherwise expressly agreed. A fixed return fee of EUR 25 incl. VAT, corresponding to the direct cost of the organised return under these conditions, will be deducted from the refunded amount. No return fee will apply where the return is made under the legal guarantee of conformity, for a Product damaged upon delivery, for an error attributable to the Seller, or in any other case where the law requires the Seller to bear such cost.
Non-Compliant Returned Products
Any returned Product received in a condition that does not comply with these return conditions — including, without limitation, a Product that is used, opened, unsealed, damaged, altered, incomplete, or otherwise unsuitable for resale — may be refused and will not give rise to any refund. If the Customer wishes to recover such Product, it may be re-shipped at the Customer’s expense. For re-shipments within Europe, the flat re-shipment fee is EUR 20, payable before dispatch is arranged.
