HAND-POLISHED CRYSTAL
The candle is housed in a crystal vessel polished by hand and crafted in France by Waltersperger, one of the historic names of French glassmaking.
230 G OF WAX
A patented blend of natural and mineral waxes is designed for an even, elegant burn and precise fragrance diffusion.
SECOND LIFE
Once the candle has burned through, the vessel may be refilled with a dedicated candle refill or repurposed as a crystal vase or decorative object.

TRIM
Before each burn, trim the wick slightly to help maintain a clean and even flame.
MELT
Allow the entire top layer of wax to melt before extinguishing the candle. This helps prevent tunnelling and supports an even burn.
BURN
Avoid burning the candle for more than approximately four hours at a time. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

DELIVERY
Complimentary delivery is available on orders over €100 in Europe. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Delivery generally takes 2–7 business days within the EU and up to 3 weeks depending on the destination outside the EU. Delivery is always made against signature.
RETURNS
Unless otherwise required by law, products may only be returned if they are intact, unused and perfectly sealed in their original packaging, including cellophane and/or security seals where applicable.
Any product that has been opened, used, burned, damaged, incomplete or is otherwise unsuitable for resale may be refused and will not be eligible for a refund.
If a refund is issued, any complimentary gift received with the purchase must also be returned in perfect condition, unused, unopened and undamaged. Otherwise, its retail value may be deducted from the refund.
A fixed return fee of €25 including VAT applies. If a non-compliant product must be reshipped to the customer within Europe, a flat reshipping fee of €20 must be paid before dispatch.
